Projects

There's always something going on!

Current side projects: 3D stereo photos, "souped" color negatives, attempts of underwater photography...

Double yucca at Guale Mesa
Loreo 3D / yucca against the Flatirons
There are plastic viewers available to see the images as a single, 3D photo-- but I like my 100 year old stereoscope!

The double scene at slightly different angles needs to have your eyes push them together with the help of a viewer (or not- you can do it sans-viewer, but hello eye-strain). When placed at the right distance, the double image becomes a single, portrait oriented photo that really does look 3D.

I'm captivated by the way the Loreo photos look, with their smudgy middle section that adds to the old-timey look.

I've been playing around with ideas on what I want to try with this format... to be continued.
souped color film
Bizarre color shift!
And then I had to try more.
Purple cabbage, purple sage blooms, and lime Topo Chico...
huh. Interesting... plus I accidentally splashed water on the dry negative.

Will I do more? probably.
Sometime in the whirlwind of my projects!
